Prices, Services and Products All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax. (GST). All prices displayed and products and services offered to be supplied on www.jinmatractors.com.au are subject to change without notice. All items are subject to availability. All tractor prices quoted are for the tractor itself, unless otherwise stated. The image shown may show implements and differing colours to the product for sale. All implements are additional costs to Tractors, unless stated otherwise

Sanderson Machinery and Equipment Imports Pty Ltd warrants to the owner that it will during the Tractor Limited Warranty Period, at its option, repair or replace any Part of the tractor which it finds to be defective in factory materials or workmanship under normal use, provided:

 

(a) the Part has not become defective as a result or consequence of the Owner’s failure:

 

(i) to properly maintain, use or operate the tractor in accordance with recommendations and instructions, and the capacity and operating limitations, specified for the tractor sold by Jinma and Sanderson Machinery and Equipment Imports Pty Ltd;

(ii) to have the tractor properly, regularly and punctually Maintenance serviced in accordance with the instructions recommendations specified for the tractor by Jinma and/or Sanderson Machinery and Equipment Imports Pty Ltd.

 

(b) the tractor is under normal circumstances delivered at the Owner’s expense to Sanderson Machinery and Equipment Imports Pty Ltd for the carrying out of required and scheduled Maintenance service as soon as possible after the need for such service becomes apparent.

 

Unless Sanderson Machinery and Equipment Imports Pty Ltd expressly agrees, the Tractor Warranty will not apply to any defect in, or which is attributed to, or to the use of, any Modification made to the tractor unless such Modification has been made by, or at the direction of, Jinma and/or Sanderson Machinery and Equipment Imports Pty Ltd.

 

The Tractor Warranty will cease to apply to any Tractor which Sanderson Machinery and Equipment Imports Pty Ltd believes, on reasonable grounds, has been written off.

 

The Tractor Warranty does not deprive the Owner of any of those rights and remedies which are conferred upon consumers by the Trade Practices Act 1974 and/or by any other applicable Commonwealth, State or Territorial Statutory Enactment.

 

 

LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD

*Warranty Period – 12 months or 100hrs whichever occurs first. It is for the original purchasor and is non transferable.  

The Tractor Limited Warranty period applies to all new Jinma Tractors sold only by Sanderson Machinery and Equipment Imports Pty Ltd in Queensland and Northern Territory.
